ORDERING PROCESS

How do I place a custom embroidery order?

Simple 5-Step Process:

Step 1: Choose your product (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.)
Step 2: Upload your design or send high-resolution artwork
Step 3: Select thread colors, placement, and sizing options
Step 4: Review and approve digital proof before production
Step 5: Your order enters our 1-2 day production queue

What file formats do you accept?

Preferred Formats

  • Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF
  • High-res images: PNG, JPEG (300 DPI+)
  • Embroidery files: DST, EMB, PES

Important Notes

  • Minimum 1000×1000 pixels
  • Avoid low-res web images
  • Convert text to outlines

Do you require minimum orders?

No minimum required! We handle single items to large quantities. Volume discounts available for 25+ pieces. Setup fees may apply for complex designs.

How to Choose the Right Size

Sizing Guidelines:

Measure, don’t guess: Use chest, waist, and length measurements
Consider fit preference: Slim, regular, or loose fit
Account for shrinkage: Some cotton items may shrink slightly

Wrong Size Policy

Before Production: Contact us immediately for free changes. After Production: Size errors are customer responsibility. Double-check before finalizing!
