SECTION 1 – RETURN POLICY

At Etsy Tee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom apparel purchase. We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy for most items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Authorization: Return authorization (RA) number required before shipping

Important Notice:

Returns without a return authorization (RA) number may be refused or delayed. Please contact our returns team before shipping any items back to us.

We offer exchanges for size or color variations of the same item, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.

  2. Receive exchange authorization and return instructions
  3. Ship original item back to us (customer pays return shipping)
  4. New item ships once original is received and inspected
  5. If price difference exists, we’ll charge/refund the difference

SECTION 4 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Exception – Defective Items:

Even customized items can be returned if they arrive defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered. We’ll provide full refund including all shipping costs.
