At Etsy Tee, we pride ourselves on fast order processing from our U.S. manufacturing facilities. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your delivery needs and budget. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

All express shipments include insurance. Standard shipping insurance available for additional $2.99. We guarantee delivery or provide full replacement/refund for lost packages.
SECTION 3 – DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order ships, not from the order placement date. Processing time is additional to these delivery estimates.
Total Time from Order to Delivery:
(1-2 days processing + 3-5 days delivery)

Sometimes shipping issues occur despite our best efforts. We’re committed to resolving any problems quickly and fairly to ensure you receive your order.
Common Issues & Our Solutions:
Lost or Missing Package
Solution: We’ll investigate with carrier and provide full replacement or refund within 24 hours.
Delayed Delivery
Solution: We’ll track package and provide updates. If significantly delayed, partial refund or replacement offered.
Damaged Package
Solution: Take photos and contact us immediately. We’ll arrange replacement and file carrier claim.
